Packing List |
This list will include everything your child needs to take. Please keep in mind that the weather will most likely be very cold, so pack a lot of warm layers. |

Payment |
The cost of the trip is $289. Fees can be paid via Parent Portal.

Medical Agreement Form |
- If your are sending any medication to Outdoor Lab, you must complete this form and return it with the medication in the original pharmaceutical container to KCMS Clinic. Label each container with your child's name.
- All students taking medication of any kind, including inhalers, vitamins, supplements, cough drops, etc., must give them to the school nurse/health aide before your child's trip. Do not pack medication in your child's bag.
- Prescriptions and over-the-counter medications must be in their original containers.
